Unfortunately not. As the majority of our items are made to order, the turnaround times remain the same regardless of the shipping option selected. The express post option is intended to expedite the delivery of your order once is has been shipped.
Untracked and tracked standard shipping generally takes 2-10 business days depending upon your location in Australia. Express post shipping is generally next day delivery, although more rural locations in Australia may take an additional 1-2 days.

In order to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction and customer service, we do in fact send replacement items at no extra cost to you should your item arrive broken, provided you are able to provide sufficient photograph evidence of the damage (with the original packaging to be included in those photographs) immediately upon receipt of the damaged item. An email containing all relevant information should be sent to us should this occur.
Acrylic items should be gently cleaned with a lint-free cloth. Household cleaning items must be avoided as they will damage the acrylic.
Some acrylic pieces, particularly cake toppers and script names, are fragile and should be handled with care and kept out of the reach of children.
Wooden items are designed for displaying indoors. If you choose to display your wooden items outdoors, they should be kept out of the elements.
