The following Terms and Conditions apply to the relationship between BK and our site’s users (“you” or “your”) and govern the use of the BK website, social media platforms and all interaction with the BK brand.

By accessing our website, engaging our service and/or interacting on our social media platforms, it is assumed that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and are therefore bound by them at all times whilst interacting with our brand.


Once you have made a decision to purchase from BK, please add the item to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button on each item you’d like to purchase. Once the items are in your cart, you can begin our secure checkout process.

After your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive this email, or if any details contained in the email are incorrect, please contact us immediately.


Your privacy is important to us. Your personal information obtained during the checkout process is requested for the purposes of completing your order only and will not be shared with any third party without your consent.


All prices in our store are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

BK uses PayPal as a payment method as it is one of the safest options available on the internet. Please note that it is not necessary for you to have a PayPal account to checkout and pay with PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.

BK cannot be held responsible for any delays in payment clearance and cannot ship orders until payment has been received in full.


BK ships within Australia only using standard untracked, standard tracked and express shipping.

The untracked shipping option is available for items that are small enough to be posted as a large letter. This option is offered to keep postage costs affordable for our customers. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for items that are not delivered by Australia Post when the untracked shipping option is selected.

Please note that selecting express shipping at checkout does not expedite the processing of your order and that it is only intended to fasten the delivery process once your item has been shipped.

As the majority of our items are made to order, our turnaround at non-peak periods is approximately 2 weeks (excluding postage time). In peak times, that turnaround period may increase to 2-4 weeks (excluding postage time). We therefore recommend you place your order early to allow sufficient time for your order to be made and posted if you require the item by a particular date.

We will endeavour to keep customers informed as to any extended turnaround times via our social media platforms in peak times.


If you are not satisfied an item you have received, please send a photograph and relevant details, together with your order number, to  We will then communicate with you in relation to the issue and endeavour to reach a resolution.

Please note that refunds will not be provided in circumstances of change of mind or where incorrect information was provided by you.  We will, however, replace items that are defective or damaged.

Items damaged during transit

In order to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction and customer service, we do in fact send replacement items at no extra cost to you should your item arrive broken, provided you are able to provide sufficient photographic evidence of the damage (with the original packaging to be included in those photographs) immediately upon receipt of the damaged item. An email containing all relevant information should be sent to us should this occur.


From time to time, BK may offer promotions including, but not limited to, discount codes, vouchers or giveaways. These promotions will only be valid for specified periods, and all conditions must be complied with in order to successfully redeem or qualify for promotional benefits.

We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify any such promotions at any time.


Whilst we will never share your personal details, from time to time we may use photos and/or videos of our products with your images/photos/logos on them for promotional and marketing purposes via our website, social media platforms and emails. Please advise us if you do not wish for your images/photos/logos to be used for promotional purposes.


We take care to ensure that the images and descriptions of our products are accurate. We cannot, however, be liable for differences in colour or appearance that may be attributed to variations in calibration of your computer monitor or handheld device.

In addition, our wooden items, given wood is a natural material, are subject to variances in colour and grain from piece to piece.

All of the designs, images, photographs, illustrations, logos, text, HTML code or other intellectual property that has been made available via our website or social media is the copyright material of BK and remains our intellectual property at all times.

This content may not be reproduced, republished or disseminated, in whole or in part, without the express consent of BK. The use of our intellectual property in relation to any business, or for the advancement of any commercial venture, or otherwise, is strictly forbidden.

Action may be taken against any person or persons who is found to be misusing our intellectual property.


Occasionally, we may provide links to third party websites via our website or social media platforms. Following any third party links is at your individual discretion and we do not assess or police these services, nor their policies and practices. You should always read the policies available before you engage in any third party service. BK will not be held liable for any loss, damage or otherwise that may occur through the use of any third party links.


BK uses social media platforms to update customers in relation to our brand, products and promotions.  We encourage you to join us on these platforms and require all interactions and conduct to be respectful.

Our images must not be re-posted without our permission and any image re-posted from our website or social media platforms must be credited to us.

We may refuse access to our social media platforms to any person that repeatedly misuses our images or engages in disrespectful conduct.


Many of our items are fragile and must be handled carefully to avoid breakage. We therefore suggest placing our items out of reach of children.

Décor items intended to be mounted on a door/wall must be done so with care and we encourage you to use 3M mounting strips for secure mounting.

Wooden items are intended to be displayed indoors. If you choose to display a wooden item outdoors, you should ensure it not exposed to the elements.

Acrylic items should be cleaned gently with a lint-free cloth and the use of household cleaners must be avoided as they will damage the acrylic.


As BK evolves, alterations may be made to our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make such modifications without notice or consequence. Any such changes will be published on our website and take effect from the date of publication.


This document comprises the whole of the Terms and Conditions that govern the use of the BK website, social medial and interaction with our brand and are current as at January 2019.


Our operations are governed by the application laws in Australia.
