Replacements & Refunds Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item you have received, please send a photograph and relevant details, together with your order number, to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then communicate with you in relation to the issue and endeavour to reach a resolution.
Please note that refunds will not be provided in circumstances of change of mind or where incorrect information was provided by you. We will, however, replace items that are defective or damaged.
Items damaged during transit
In order to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction and customer service, we do in fact send replacement items at no extra cost to you should your item arrive broken, provided you are able to provide sufficient photographic evidence of the damage (with the original packaging to be included in those photographs) immediately upon receipt of the damaged item. An email containing all relevant information should be sent to us should this occur.
